  • How do I adopt a pet?

    Fill out a quick application, get approved, find your new friend, pay a small adoption fee, take your new friend home.

  • Are there any adoption requirements?

    Yes you must fill out an application on this site or in person at the animal shelter. The receptionist or Warden will look over it and let you know if it is approved. All current pets must be up to date on shots. If you rent no problem we will just have to verify with them to make sure it is pet friendly.

  • How to avoid picking the wrong pet?

    Make sure you have enough room for the pet you want the bigger the pet the more room you will need. Make sure you can financial afford the pet. Ask the staff at the shelter if you have any questions.

  • Vet Q&A: Are pets for adoption healthy?

    Pets adopted from trusted shelters and rescues often are healthy. Ill animals receive appropriate treatment for their ailments before being adopted. Furthermore, most shelters keep animals current on their vaccinations, and often spay or neuter pets before adoption.
